Shipping seeds to your country: the real legal landscape

We ship globally. The legality of receiving seeds varies wildly by country. Here's the honest map, no marketing spin.

Cannabis seeds exist in a legal gray zone in most of the world. In some countries they're regulated as a narcotic. In others, only germinated seeds are illegal — the seed itself is treated as a souvenir or collector's item. In still others (like much of the EU, Spain, Switzerland, parts of the US, Canada, Thailand), they're effectively legal to possess.

We ship from Bangkok. We ship globally. We do not lie about what's in the package.

Some seed banks ship seeds in T-shirts, pens, or coffee bags to obscure what they are. We don't do that. Customs forms describe the package as "agricultural samples" or "horticultural seeds" depending on destination — both true.

What we tell you, plainly: - Green-light countries (we ship freely, low risk to you): Thailand, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Canada, most of South America, South Africa, Australia (state-dependent), New Zealand. - Yellow-light countries (we ship; you should know your local laws — we accept no liability for receipt): UK, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, USA (state-dependent), Mexico, Japan, Korea. - Red-light countries (we do not ship): UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, China.

If you're not sure where your country falls, email us before ordering. We'd rather refund you up front than ship into a problem.

Standard shipping is 7-14 days with tracking. Express is 3-5 days, signature on delivery. We replace seized packages once per customer per year — not because we have to, but because that's how trust gets built.
